Posso cambiare la mia prenotazione?
A seconda delle nostre disponibilità sarà possibile cambiare il periodo di noleggio a data da concordare insieme.
Posso tornare in anticipo rispetto al giorno stabilito di fine noleggio?
Puoi farlo avvisandoci in tempo ma nessun rimborso sarà dovuto in alta stagione, in quanto il mezzo è stato vincolato per l’intero periodo.
Posso cancellare la mia prenotazione?
From 8 to 30 days prior rental date: 5-8€ transaction fee for returning deposit for a single Vespa depending on credit card used, 10% over 150€ total booking price
Up to 7 days prior date rental: 50% rental price
NO-SHOW fee: 100% of rental price
Posso imparare a guidare la moto o lo scooter da voi?
NO, non siamo una scuola guida e guidare senza esperienza può essere molto pericoloso per te e per gli altri.
Posso portare un bambino con me?
Sotto la tua piena responsabilità puoi portare tuo figlio con te. Consigliamo sopra i 9 anni.
Cosa succede se prendo una multa?
Il cliente se ne è a conoscenza deve comunicarlo a fine noleggio. In ogni caso è responsabile
per il pagamento dell’importo ed eventuali spese di notifica.
Come posso prenotare?
Tramite il nostro sito vesparun.it selezionando il tasto “Prenota ora” oppure compila il modulo di richiesta e prendi un primo contatto con noi per ulteriori info.
In caso di infortunio, sono assicurato?
È assicurato il solo mezzo, quindi la copertura assicurativa per la responsabilità civile verso terzi derivante dalla circolazione del veicolo.
La mia patente è valida nel vostro paese?
Tutte le patenti europee sono valide in Italia, per quelle extra-europee è consigliabile la patente internazionale oppure rivolgetevi al ufficio per il turismo della vostra nazione.
Che documenti mi servono per noleggiare?
Un documento d’identità valido tuo e dell’eventuale passeggero, la patente di guida, una carta di credito con noi convenzionate.

Are my credit card details protected?
Of course, your card details are used exclusively for our business.
Can I change my reservation?
Depending on our availability it will be possible to change the rental period to a date to be agreed together.
Can I return earlier than the agreed rental end day?
You can do this by notifying us in time but no refund will be due in high season, as the vehicle has been tied up for the entire period.
Can I cancel my reservation?

Can I learn to ride a motorbike or scooter from you?
NO, we are not a driving school and driving without experience can be very dangerous for you
and others.
Can I bring a child with me?
Under your full responsibility you can bring your child with you. We recommend over 9 years.
What happens if I get a fine?
If the customer is aware of this, he must communicate it at the end of the rental. In any case, you are responsible for the payment of the amount and any notification costs.
How can I book?

In case of accident, am I insured?
Only the vehicle is insured, therefore the insurance coverage for civil liability towards third parties deriving from the circulation of the vehicle.
Is my license valid in your country?
All European driving licenses are valid in Italy, for non-European driving licenses an international driving license is advisable or contact your country’s tourism office.
What documents do I need to rent?
A valid identity document for you and any passenger, a driving license, a credit card affiliated with us.
